Those convicted for a first offense DUI or a first offense extreme DUI in Arizona may be eligible for a restricted driver’s license after the first 30 days the suspension have been completed. A restricted driver’s license (“work permit”) can be obtained at any Arizona driver’s licensing center and allows you to drive to and from work, on the job, to and from school, and to and from a treatment center.
